The fine Belle-Époque-inspired decor. The elegant lobby, adorned with Murano glass and a grand chandelier, was magnificent and accessible for all guests.

Really enjoyed very good and absolutely fantastic breakfasts!!
The breakfast food, especially bread, pancakes, sausages, and bacon was delicious. Location: the hotel was next to the Vatican, and The Peninsula.

Compared to my last visit, this place was pretty good with its fine decor and really good service. The imperial twin room was a dream, complete with a beautiful view and that's not even mentioning the luxurious breakfast experience.

Comfortable room, excellent treatment by front desk offering refreshment in the bar while they made sure the room was ready and everything working and assisted other guests, welcome fruit plate. Very quiet and luxurious.
In room safe was not working. Staff couldn't figure it out, maintenance came and discovered it was unplugged behind the wardrobe. Did make the initial wait to make sure everything in the room was working seem a bit disingenuous. Very minor inconvenience

Fine Stay!
We spent 2 nights in the Imperial Twin Room and it was so gorgeous! The decor was super classy, and our butler service was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was delicious, but it did get a bit crowded in the mornings, which slowed things down. An amazing experience!

The hotel was excellent in many ways, particularly
The grand interior design and superb service. The payment process left me frustrated, as I was charged twice, causing unnecessary stress .

The hotel is really one of the best I have been staying at. Very classic atmosphere, mostly attended by international guests, it has been founded by the same Mr. Ritz of the Paris hotel, it is now an historical palace of Rome. Service, food, clealiness, rooms decor etc. is really superb and , although not a cheap hotel, it really pays off for the money you spend there. Definetly recommended.

It's well located, near subway, train station... and at the same time the rooms are very quiet. The concierge and front desk were very helpful, and everything in the room was really good quality, clean and comfortable.
I didn`t like that they charged for internet.
